Aliona Arnold comes from a distinguished artistic lineage that shaped her creative path from an early age. Influenced by her uncle, renowned artist Yuri Litvinov, and her mother, concert pianist Irina Anenko, she developed a deep appreciation for the arts that guided her throughout her life. Aliona first rose to national acclaim as one of Ukraine’s most celebrated folk dancers, later expanding her talents into the culinary world through formal training in Kharkov and studies in clinical psychology, which deepened her dedication to spiritual development and Yoga philosophy.
A lifelong advocate of holistic living, Aliona’s devotion to Yoga and nutrition led her to become a well-known vegan chef, admired for her uniquely artistic vegan cakes and chocolates. She is a certified yoga instructor in Ukraine, India, and the United States, bringing her passion for movement, mindfulness, and nourishment into her work with children and adults alike.
